To fulfil an order, identification and contact data (name, email, phone), delivery data, order contents and payment-related information are processed. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Technical data (including IP address and browser data) may be processed for site operation, security and order administration. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).

Card payments are provided by Stripe. The controller does not store card details.

The site uses cookies and similar technologies required for site operation, and analytics services (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, when enabled). By continuing to use the site, such use is accepted in accordance with the site notice.

Data may be disclosed to providers of payment, email delivery and analytics services, and to authorised administrative users. Personal data are not sold to third parties.

Certain providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards.

Data are retained for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, accounting and the establishment or defence of legal claims.

The data subject has the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, to object to processing, and to data portability, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The right to erasure may be limited where retention is required to comply with a legal obligation or to establish or defend legal claims.

Requests are to be sent to office@gardumumeistars.lv. A response is provided in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, normally within one month.

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
