Terms and conditions

The seller of the goods is Sanita Ivanova, a self-employed person, PVD registration No. 081258, website gardumumeistars.lv.

An order is placed on the website by selecting goods, delivery and payment terms. Goods are manufactured to order.

Where payment is made by payment card, the distance contract is deemed concluded when payment has been successfully completed. Where another payment method offered on the website is selected, the order is deemed confirmed upon the seller's confirmation.

Prices are stated in euro (EUR) in accordance with the information published on the website at the time of the order. Card payments are provided by Stripe. Other payment methods are available only if indicated during checkout.

Delivery in Riga is provided by courier.

The delivery date and time interval are selected from the options offered on the website. Delivery on the day of the order is not guaranteed.

Given that the goods are fresh and perishable, cancellation of an order is possible until production has commenced. Cancellation must be notified without undue delay to office@gardumumeistars.lv.

Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the consumer's right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which perish quickly or have a short shelf life.

The goods may contain nuts, eggs, milk and gluten. Information on composition and allergens is stated on the packaging. Before consumption, the consumer shall acquaint themselves with such information.

Food handling is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs.

The seller shall not be liable for delay in performance of an order arising from circumstances which the seller could not reasonably foresee or prevent, including acts of delivery partners.

The seller's liability in connection with allergic reactions is limited where the consumer has not acquainted themselves with the information on composition and allergens stated on the packaging.

The content of the website, including texts, images and branding, is protected. Without the seller's prior written consent, reproduction or commercial use of the content is prohibited.

Any use of the website that is contrary to applicable law or that interferes with the operation of the website is prohibited.

These terms and the legal relations arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Disputes arising from these terms shall first be settled by negotiation. Failing agreement, the dispute shall be resolved by a court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the applicable rules of jurisdiction.
